Delivery & Returns

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we've received it. When your item is shipped, a dispatch notice will be sent to you. As a guide, we aim to have your order packed as quickly as we can - usually within 24 hours. 
If you need your order to be delivered on a certain day, or would like us to delay postage, please leave us a message in the notes area on the checkout page.

Delivery Charges

All orders will incur a shipping charge. Please see below for specifics. 
Within the UK - £5
Mainland Europe - £18
International Shipping - £25
Please note:
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. We have no control over any charges and cannot predict if these might occur therefore these aren't included in your order. Any charges must be paid by yourself, please check the email address you used to place your order, as customs normally contact you this way if necessary. Alternatively, please contact your local customs office should you need further information before you place an order.

Returns and Exchanges

At Fallow, customer service is very important to us and we aim to please every customer with our consciously made shirts. 
However, we understand that sometimes things aren't quite the perfect fit. If you do need to exchange or return any items, you can do so at any point within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email info@fallowclothing.com and we will email you a form and instructions. 
Please ensure your items are securely wrapped with the exchange form enclosed. We suggest using a registered / trackable service to send goods back to us. Please make sure you obtain a proof of purchase certificate. 
We are unable to cover the return postage charges for returns / exchanges. It usually takes between 5-10 working days from receipt of your returned parcel to process the return.
Any returns that arrive after the 14 days are ineligible for return and will be reshipped to the customer upon receipt at warehouse. 
Fallow is unable to refund any postage costs. UK exchanges will be delivered free of charge. For International customers there will be a delivery fee to send out an exchange item.
